TO OBTAIN DIPLOMA CERTIFICATE

 

The trainee-officers who qualify at the Station Officers Course are awarded a certificate of having successfully completed the Station Officers Course, while those trainee- officers who qualify with the additional subject of ‘Lecturette’ ( Optional ) are awarded a Certificate to the effect that they have successfully completed the Station Officers & Instructors Course. The candidates who have successfully passed the Station Officers/ Station Officers & Instructors Course an have subsequently worked as a Sub- Officer or Station officer in a well established Fire Organisation approved by the National Fire Service College for a period of at least two years and produce a driving licence for driving heavy motor vehicles are awarded the Diploma of the National Fire Service College. Such officers after the specified period may add “ Dip. N. F. S. C.” after their name.
